Breed Standards for the Sloughi

General Appearance: This dog has a muscular, lean appearance

Coat: The hair is tough and fine

Color: Various colors, with or without a black mask, although parti-colors are not permissible

Size: Height: 23.5 – 27.5”; Weight: 45 – 60 lb

Temperament: The breed becomes attached to its owner and family at an early age and is usually reluctant to transfer loyalty if a change of home is necessary
