General Appearance:
The Lhasa Apso is longer than it is tall, with a strong loin and well- developed quarters and thighs.
Head:
Fairly narrow, covered with heavy furnishings, especially whiskers and beard, Level or slightly undershot bite, Medium-sized eyes, Narrow skull, not quite flat, Pendant, heavily feathered ears.
Tail:
Carried over back in a screw.

Size:
Height is 10 – 11 inches and Weight should be 13 – 15 pounds
Temperament:
It is independent, stubborn, and bold.
