Breed Standards of the Bolognese

General Appearance:

A long, flocked white coat has no undercoat and covers the entire head and body without curl.

Head & Body:

The large, round eyes are dark with well- pigmented rims and lips, and the eyes and nails are black, as is the large nose

Size:

Height: 10 – 12 inches; Weight: 5 – 9 lbs.

Color:

Pure white, without markings.

Temperance:

This breed is intelligent and forms a close companionship with its owner but it tends to be rather reserved in temperament.
